My workflow

RESEARCH & EMPHATIZE

Empathizing with the project is the first step toward addressing the problem in the right way. Through market research, user personas, and competitor analysis, I’m able to develop an effective and insight‑driven approach to the design challenge.

DEFINE & IDEATE

In the ideation stage, I start by sketching freely to give shape to my thoughts. Through iterative exploration with AI and expressive renderings in Photoshop, I transform abstract ideas into vivid visual concepts that hint at what the final product could become.

3D MODELING

Once the concept is chosen, it must be transformed into a tangible product. In this stage, my focus is on preserving consistency between the selected design and the project’s technical constraints. I primarily rely on modeling in Rhino and Grasshopper, while integrating Blender, Creo Parametric, or Alias depending on the specific needs of the project.

PROTOTYPE

The prototype is the first true test of a finished product. Through 3D printing technologies such as FDM, SLA, and MJF, combined with polystyrene milling and handcrafted finishing, I can simulate the final look and feel of the product and fine‑tune any design tolerances or imperfections along the way.

TEST & PRODUCTION

Drawing on my experience within complex industrial environments, I’m able to manage the entire product development process from start to finish. From handling quotations to resolving last‑minute issues and production challenges, I ensure that the final outcome stays faithful to the original design intent while adapting to real‑world constraints.
